01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bd688 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bd688 website located at https://bd688.club and all associated services, including the casino, sportsbook, live betting, promotions, and customer support functions.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the bd688 platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full;

02 Account Registration

To access the full range of bd688 services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must register a valid player account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals in Bangladesh aged 18 and above.

Registration requirements: During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving SMS OTP verification codes (typically a bKash- or Nagad-linked number).

One account policy: Each individual person may hold one and only one registered account on bd688. It is strictly prohibited to register multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, for any purpose including bonus exploitation, circumvention of limits, or evasion of a previous ban.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification: bd688 may at any point — including at withdrawal — request identity verification documents. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address may also be requested. Account credentials: You are solely responsible for the security of your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. Account accuracy: You must notify bd688 promptly if any of your registered details change. bd688 reserves the right to suspend accounts where information on file is found to be inaccurate, outdated, or misleading.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bd688 — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bd688 does not currently process transactions in foreign currencies. Exchange rate losses, where applicable to your payment provider, are your responsibility.

Deposit conditions: Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. bd688 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from an unverified or third-party account may be reversed, and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal conditions: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification as described in Section 2. bd688 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time beyond the standard 24-hour window.

Transaction fees: bd688 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges. bd688 has no control over third-party fees and is not responsible for deductions made by payment providers.

Failed transactions: If a deposit fails to credit to your bd688 account, do not repeat the transaction until you have contacted support at [email protected]. Duplicate deposits resulting from repeated attempts will be returned, less any fees charged by the payment provider, once verified.

04 Bonus & Promotions

bd688 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

General bonus conditions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. bd688 reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and are credited following a qualifying first deposit meeting the stated minimum threshold.
• All bonuses must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain table games, and low-margin sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% or 20%). Check individual promotion terms for game contribution rates.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings remaining after the expiry date will be removed from your account without compensation.
• bd688 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already opted in and are actively wagering an existing bonus will be given reasonable notice of any material change.

Free spins and free bets: Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are typically valid on specific designated slot titles only and expire within 24–72 hours of being credited unless otherwise stated. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds subject to the applicable wagering requirement.

Referral and Earn Money programme: Players participating in the bd688 Earn Money referral scheme must comply with the specific terms of that programme. Referral bonuses are only awarded when referred players register legitimately, complete KYC, and meet qualifying deposit criteria. Self-referrals and artificial referral networks are prohibited.

05 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino wagers placed on the bd688 platform. By placing any bet, you confirm your agreement to these rules.

Sports betting:

• In-play (live) bets are subject to brief processing delays. bd688 cannot guarantee that a live bet placed during a critical moment will be accepted if the relevant event outcome has already been determined at the time the bet is received by our systems.
• Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — follow the standard rules of the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB). For rain-affected matches and D/L method outcomes, the official result as declared by the umpires shall be used to settle bets.
• Voided bets are returned to your bd688 account balance in full. In accumulator bets, a voided selection is treated as a non-runner, and the accumulator is settled on the remaining selections.

Casino and slots:

• All casino and slot outcomes are governed by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by our licensed game studio partners — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• In the event of a malfunction or technical error during a game session, bd688 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake. Any winnings from a malfunctioned round are not payable.

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bd688 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, withholding of funds, and notification to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud bd688 or other players, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or false identity documents.
• Money laundering: Using the bd688 platform to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from criminal activity. bd688 applies transaction monitoring and reserves the right to report suspicious activity to applicable authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer format.
• Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any automated software to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Match fixing or insider betting: Placing bets on events where you possess non-public information about the outcome, or participating in any scheme to manipulate sporting results.
• Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your bd688 account, whether for betting purposes, bonus exploitation, or any other reason.
• Underage access: Allowing or facilitating access to bd688 by any person under the age of 18, or registering an account on behalf of a minor.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider for deposits made to bd688. bd688 treats chargebacks as a breach of these Terms and will suspend the relevant account pending investigation.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

bd688 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Identification of the account holder as a vulnerable player requiring protective intervention;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Voluntary closure: Players wishing to close their bd688 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance (less pending bonus amounts) will be refunded to the payment method on file, subject to identity verification. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Dormant accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. bd688 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ৳100 to dormant account balances until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd688 excludes all warranties, conditions, and representations — whether express or implied — regarding the platform, its availability, accuracy, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

bd688 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or anticipated savings;
• Losses arising from internet outages, server downtime, or technical malfunctions beyond bd688's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep credentials secure;
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Errors in odds, market data, or game outcome displays caused by third-party data providers, where such errors are corrected within a reasonable timeframe and relevant bets are voided.

Where bd688's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bd688, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the platform, or any third-party claim related to your conduct on bd688.
